Gardner Rivera, MSRED

Managing member

Goal-driven CRE professional with a Master's of Science degree in Real Estate Development (MSRED) and more than 12 years experience in real estate. Mr. Rivera possess a commitment to values and principles, as well as a thorough understanding of market-rate development projects, including overall deal structuring, land planning, entitlement process, finance, design and construction management. His innovative business development skills and strategic project pipeline generation are the catalyst for Paper City Investments' success.

Commercial Real Estate Agent

The agent would be responsible to work with the firm's partners to facilitate the disposition of several commercial properties in the Passaic and Hudson County Areas of New Jersey.

Development Intern

An internship position with Paper City Investments would give you the opportunity to gain professional experience in real estate development, financing, acquisition, distressed asset work-outs, and new construction. Interns assist the associates, developers, and project partners, with all aspects of the real estate development process.  This includes market analysis, acquisitions analysis, review of investment agreements and other legal documents, project planning, construction administration, and much more. Interns are paid a competitive hourly wage. The position is ongoing (Ask for details).  

 

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Undergraduate or Graduate Business or Real Estate Program

  • Ability to independently manage workflow but also thrive in a team environment

  • Strong communications skills, both verbally and in writing
